Tecnodom for the Ice Cream World Cup 2020
As tradition dictates, the real protagonist of the SIGEP Exhibition is Italian artisan ice cream and the whole cold art production chain.
This year the prestigious, biennial Ice Cream World Cup, which brings together world-wide selected professionals from the ice cream, pastry, chocolate and haute cuisine business, will take place as the main event. 60 competitors, divided into 12 teams, will compete in 8 different trials and will be evaluated by 13 international judges to be awarded with the exclusive title.
Tecnodom, as technical sponsor, will not miss the sought-after event by joining the professionals of the sector with equipment up to the competition!
Italy will be proudly represented by Massimo Carnio for pastry, Ciro Chiummo for ice sculpture, Marco Martinelli for haute cuisine and Eugenio Morrone for ice cream. Team Manager and coach is Beppo Tonon, winner of the 2006 edition. To challenge them will be the teams of Argentina, Colombia, France, Germany, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Singapore and Spain.
