The height of the shelves can be adjusted thanks to the 20-hole-slots (65 mm pitch), which allow the best possible arrangement of products.

PS Bakery

PASTRY.

The PS SET-UP is designed to store every food, semi-finished or finished for the bakery world.
Ventilated refrigeration (adjustable in this set-up) ensures that the quality of product is maintened for longer with excellent performance.
The racks allow you to place up to 20 grids or trays and also optimize space management.
